WE are a boutique, licensed and bonded model talent agency that maxes out at 120 models. Having that amount allows us to do something that no other agency currently does.

We offer our models free professional photography including 30 professional edits, and shoot at exciting new locations all over CA each month. TFP?…. Not our models. We value our models and we want our models to value themselves.

Shooting with photographers for FREE benefits the photographer and not the model, how is that fair? As a model I have traveled all over the world working with amazing photographers. In the beginning of my modeling career, I didn’t know my value and had no one to guide me in the right direction.

I helped other people grow and I was not compensated. When I started working as a professional model, it opened up my eyes to many things in the industry. Professional photographers have no issue compensating the model for their time, and the ones that don’t compensate don’t see the value. Starting this agency has allowed me to help several girls and prevent them from making the same mistakes, and has allowed them to set their value high and get paid for everything they do, and keeping their content safe and off of unwanted platforms without their permission where they don’t get to decide their value, like many photographers are now doing. (I’ve never felt so disgusted and bad about myself when it happened to me with photographers I thought I could trust).

We are looking for team players. We like to keep our circle tight. BRINIC is a family. We have a great time throwing events and want girls who enjoy growing, empowering, and helping one another. One of our biggest growth tools is promotion, and spreading the word of our brand, which is how we have been able to grow a huge network and fan base and grow our models.
