BroadXP

BroadXP application integrates with BroadWorks platform using BroadSoft’s XSI-Actions Interface. The application syncs the enterprise directory of the BroadWorks user with the device.The device contacts are saved/updated when the application syncs the contacts from BroadWorks.

The application requires the XSP address and BroadWorks user id credentials to log in. Once the user logs into the application he/she can sync the BroadWorks Enterprise directory to its device. The contacts in the android device are grouped under their respective BroadWorks group. E.g If John Doe is part of Marketing Group in BroadWorks, then a contact group named Marketing is created in the device contacts and John Doe will be added to this Group.
