We thank God Almighty for His guidance and grace so that we can complete the preparation of the Study Companion book. This book is intended for students of Class VII Middle School (SMP) and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs).

The presentation in each chapter in this book is arranged systematically and in accordance with existing basic competencies. The presentation of the material is presented in a coherent manner. At the end of the chapter, it is equipped with practice questions and assignments that are expected to increase students' understanding.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have actively participated and collaborated in the preparation of this book. We hope that this book will be useful for teachers and students and together they will participate in improving the quality of education and in achieving the ideals of educating the life of the nation.
