Sounds like insurance? Yes, but it’s not. Business Continuity transcends insurance.

Business continuity involves identifying (all of) the risks to your business and managing them - making a plan. It is you looking after and protecting yourself, your employees and your business. It means critical decision making now, without the emotion in the heat of the moment. Think of it is as a combination of a will and an evacuation plan for every single aspect of your business.

A business continuity plan is increasingly becoming a typical expectation by government...ACC and insurance companies, and banks. It is also a core requirement in health & safety.

So how do you ensure that you are meeting government expectations, that your business continues and that your staff are safe, given that all of the associated risks fundamentally change overnight? What are the processes in involved?

In our Business Continuity App we give you an introduction and insight into how it works and what is involved. Our follow up workshops go into the detail – we introduce you to our template we use to create Business Continuity plans. We give you an abridged version of the template which you can work through yourself during the workshop, and of course keep forever.

From the introduction workshop, you decide whether you’d like to create a full and complete business continuity plan via a follow up one on one consultation, or a group based programme.
