For when you want a simple tool to do a simple job - assign sounds to buttons and play them when you want. Give the buttons names, play and stop by pressing the button twice. When you close the app it remembers the button sounds, as long as they're still on your phone.

No complicated permissions, only to be able to access your phone storage to play your sounds.
