How to Register as a User on Call to Ride App?

● Booking a ride on Call to Ride is very easy, you just need to download the CalltoRide App on your mobile phone, and then you have to choose the option “Log in as User” to set up your user account by providing details such as your name, mobile no. and email address.

● You will receive an OTP on your provided mobile no. which will be auto-submitted if you will allow the app to access the SMS on your mobile phone.

● Once you are done with this step, the app will ask you for permission to enable the location detection, and access to your SMS. Allow the app to access this information for using the app conveniently.

● Now, you are free to book your ride. Enter your destination and current location, you can also allow the app to auto-detect your current location by enabling the device location feature on your app.

How to book a ride on Call to Ride App as a Passenger?

● After registering yourself as a passenger you can find the details of nearby drivers with vehicle template no.'s, fare price per kilometer, and distance between your destination and your current location by clicking on the “User Dashboard”

● You can use the filters to choose your vehicle category (Bike-Taxi, Cabs, Auto-Rickshaws, and E-Rickshaws)

● After choosing your vehicle category, the screen will display the names of the drivers available nearby to your location.

● Select your driver. A call button will appear on the screen. Tap on the button to call your driver.

● Ask for the fare, and negotiate if you find the suggested fare higher than expected.

● Confirm the ride if you and your driver mutually agree to a fare price.

Once your trip is completed, you will be able to submit your ride experience and driver rating on the app. The Call to Ride app also has an SOS button which you are suggested to use in case of any emergency.

How to Log In to the App if you are a Driver?

● Download the Call to Ride App and enter your details like your Name, Mobile no. and email address.

● A one-time password will be sent to your registered mobile no. , allowing the app to access your device SMS so as to auto submit the OTP Code.

● Once you get verified as a Driver, tap on the "allow" button to provide permission to the app to access the Device Location, Camera, and File Manager.

● After this step, Submit your required information such as vehicle info, driving license info, ID confirmation, police verification certificate, aadhaar details, and permit.

● All these will be the mandatory formalities you have to complete in order to register yourself as a “Driver” with CalltoRide App.
