Inspired by the four fundamental pillars of health - physical activity, nutrition, sound and emotional well-being - this application offers the possibility of incorporating healthier habits into your daily life, in an easy and accessible way.

Functionalities:

1. Personal recommendations: Carpe Diem Coach offers you suggestions based on your individual needs to improve your habits in the four areas of health.

2. Fitbit Integration: Connect your new Fitbit activity bracelet with the app for more accurate tracking of your health habits.

3. Participate in the research: Utilitzant Carpe Diem Coach, you will collaborate in a research study on healthy envelliment, always respecting the privacy and security of data.
