"CasaChikaya" is the mobile application for managing complaints within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Casablanca and its districts. It allows grievances to be filed and their processing to be monitored.

Indeed via your "CasaChikaya" application, you can report a garbage bin full of waste, a problem on the public road, faulty lighting, etc.

Your app allows you to:

- Submit a complaint;

- Follow its processing status;

- See his treatment;

- Submit their degree of satisfaction;
