CatchNote: AINotes Note taker

Save it in a tap. The AI files it. And brings it back right when you would forget.

Every notes app is a graveyard of saved things. CatchNote is the one that resurfaces them. A second brain that does not ask you to maintain it.

## AI note taker, notepad and bookmark in one

CatchNote is an AI note taker, notepad and bookmark manager for people who save more than they read. You bookmark articles. You forward yourself links. You screenshot recipes. Most of it disappears. CatchNote is the app for what happens after you save.

It is a second brain, note taker and notepad in one app, for people who liked the idea of Obsidian but not the maintenance.

## What CatchNote does

AI note taker

From any app, share a link, a tweet, an article or a screenshot to CatchNote. The AI reads it, summarizes it, and tags it. Save with a share. Recall with a word.

Notepad and notebook

Type a quick note, save a link, capture an idea. Everything lands in the same searchable notebook. No plugin to install. No folder tree to maintain by hand.

Bookmark manager reimagined

Traditional bookmarks let you save. CatchNote lets you save and then find it again. Full-text search across every note. Tag folders by topic. Filter by source such as X, LinkedIn, Safari, YouTube.

Resurfacing

When something you saved becomes relevant, the AI brings it back on its own. A weekly digest surfaces three cards from what you saved this week. A forgotten cards feed pulls back items you have not opened in a while. Serendipity connections show up when a new save relates to an old one.

Second brain, without the maintenance

No plugins. No folder trees to build by hand. No links to draw. The AI does the filing. You save. You find. You forget less.

Only what you chose to keep

CatchNote does not watch your screen. It does not read your messages. It only knows the things you decided were worth saving.

Yours to take out

Markdown export with YAML frontmatter. Your knowledge is not locked in.

## Made for

Solo learners drowning in playlists, saved reels and unread bookmarks. Students overwhelmed by course materials. Professionals who want the knowledge to stick, not just be captured. People who tried Obsidian and gave up on the upkeep. People who tried Apple Notes and lost track.

## How it works

1. From any app, share to CatchNote. The share sheet is the whole interface.

2. The AI reads what you shared. It summarizes. It picks a category.

3. When you would have forgotten it, CatchNote resurfaces the card. In the weekly digest, in the forgotten cards feed, or when a new save connects to an old one.

## What CatchNote is not

It is not Obsidian. If you like tending a personal wiki, use Obsidian. It is not Apple Notes or Google Notes. It does not force you to build folders. It is not NotebookLM. It does not ask you to upload documents. It sits in your share sheet.

## Privacy

Your saved items live in an on-device database on your phone. The AI classification runs through anonymous cloud calls that do not carry your account. Your knowledge is yours. Export to Markdown at any time.

## Pricing

CatchNote is free with a hundred saves and gentle ads. CatchNote Pro at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year removes ads and lifts the save limit. No lock in. Cancel anytime through Google Play.
