Customer relationship management (CRM) is a management model of an organization oriented towards customer satisfaction. Usually, large companies make use of computer systems for the organization and automation of sales, marketing, customer services and technical support. These types of systems are basically based on the management of customer data, as well as their interconnection with the objective of offering managers a unique vision of each of the clients.

Within this field of relational marketing, the concept of CEM (Customer experience management) arises, which tries to know the satisfaction of a customer with a brand, product or company. To this end, technological tools are used to collect data at all contact points (email, phone, mobile apps, etc.). Subsequently, these data are analyzed with the aim of improving the interaction with the customer and their loyalty to the brand.
