CF-FREAKS

At Live 4 CrossFit our philosophy is simple, we aim to ensure our athletes learn the fundamental movements and keep strict safe technique whenever training. We believe learning the basics and continuing to use close to perfect technique will greatly reduce chances of injury. We expect all athletes to always train hard and push themselves. Our programming has proven to be working with all athletes regularly achieving PB's (Personal Best).

Our "Freak" Family is always welcoming to new athletes and we really do make new you feel like you are a part of something special. The atmosphere is really important as it will encourage you to push yourself during each WOD (Workout) and to also keep returning for more. It's always great training with friends and family.

Our NEW faciliy was opened in September 2010. We are a CrossFit Affiliate gym and offer daily group CrossFit classes. We also offer: Personal Training, Boxing Classes, Bootcamp, Nutritionist and Massage.
