ChapterTwo pays homage to the Constitution of South Africa. It aims to advocate transparency, accountability and responsibility in local government.

By putting this mobile Application in the hands of community members we hope to empower communities by identifying and targeting service delivery problems.

Service delivery issues can easily be reported on, the user simply navigates through the preselected options and chooses the most suitable option.

The issue as well as the user’s location is logged and sent to our database, which keeps track of all complaints.

The data is collated and will be published on our social media platforms at regular intervals. Users will also be able to request reports of their area.

Google map integration will enable us to utilize geospatial data that will act as a visual summary off all issues within a given area.

The next Chapter is ours to write.
