Checkers Deluxe

Checkers Deluxe, also known as draughts, is a two-player board game played on an 8x8 board with 12 pieces per player. The pieces are typically red and black, and are set up in a specific pattern at the beginning of the game. The objective of the game is to capture all of the opponent's pieces or to block them so they can no longer make any moves. Players take turns moving their pieces diagonally, with the option to "jump" over an opponent's piece to capture it. A piece that reaches the opponent's side of the board is "kinged" and gains the ability to move both forward and backward. The game ends when one player captures all of the opponent's pieces, or when the opponent is unable to make any more moves.
