1. Provide training in the four aspects of "reading, writing, listening and speaking" for non-Chinese speakers in Hong Kong,

2. Non-Chinese speakers can accumulate and learn common workplace expressions, cultivate their sense of Chinese language, and lay a foundation for workplace Chinese.
