  2. 修改Commission的預設搜尋日期，假設目前是 7月，就會預設搜尋 7/1 －7/30
  3. commission的計算會扣除discount才計算
  4. 計算 invoice 總數，與 payment總數，方便salesman看這個consignee 還錢美不美
