Ciberdukaan(CD) is an Indian e-commerce mobile app that makes business-to-customer sales and business-to-business sales easier, designed to empower real-time customers and sellers, and provides instant solutions and alternatives.

We facilitate easy access to local and nearby shops, saving time for customers and providing different alternatives.

It is structured and provides a smooth transition platform for sellers from paper to mobile and helps predict demand and supply curves.

Agriculture, Food, Kariana, Medical /Pharmacy(customer / seller) are the business areas available.

Common features in Agriculture, Food, Kariana / Pharmacy available for sellers are:

1. Build your online shop by providing , basic details of the shop.

2. Plug and Play Products. CD provides sellers with default products.

3. Depending on the product type, the seller can configure the product.

4. Seller can change the cost price, MRP and sell prices of the products on the fly.

5. Sellers can create their own promotion on the fly and it will be immediately available

to the customer.

6. Sellers can use an integrated designing tool to create their custom ads and promote their business or product.

7. There is a graphical representation of your order data.

8. Ability to track Khaata orders given to customers and have the option of updating their

payment order status.

9. Connection of hybrid customers to manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.

10. System that is transparent, individual rating is available to the seller for dispatched

Food Restaurant : BUSINESS ORDER

1.Configure the food package type, available facility, configure parameters of the book

table and upload menu.

2. Assign a table number, accept and cancel customer's table reservations.

3. See all table reservations in graphical representation assigned / free.

Medical / Doctor :- BUSINESS OWNER

1. Doctor has the facility in the CD to create one or more clinics, including the clinic's

name, address, practice hours, fees, etc.

2. Based on his experience, doctors can add unique treatment-related case studies that

will provide guidance to patients and other doctors.

3. History shared by the patient through the CD app & prescription history of the patient

can be viewed by the doctor.

4. Doctor can confirm current and future appointments, accept and refuse appointments & view patient details.

1. Customers can search the sellers based on their location (pin code) or mobile number.

2. Customers can use the Parchi upload feature to upload handwritten orders.

3. Depending on the seller, the customer can also buy the products on khaata if credit facility is enabled
