Exercises

The exercises are based on the guidelines of behavioral therapy. They include impulses and exercises, from psychoeducation to physical exercises, everything is included. The order of the exercises follows the therapeutic guidelines broken down into individual days - we always adapt your modules to your needs and wishes.
