KittenLabs CloningKitten is an app that assists you in your daily cloning and helps you optimize cloning strategy.

Lab researchers, technicians and students: select the most appropriate enzymes from our cross-vendor enzyme database populated from REBASE, and easily visualize fragment sizes and digestion results on a virtual gel.

Convenient browse button enables importing of your DNA sequence from your device's folders. Multiple fragments of the same size are indicated, and a realistic virtual gel can be viewed to identify potentially overlapping fragments without the need for tedious size comparisons.

Results may be saved in a nicely designed image format that can be viewed on any computer.
