The six-week training program "100 push-ups", one of the most effective programs for the development of the chest muscles and improve overall fitness.
It is important to keep the proper technique for performing push-ups. Before you start the training, you need to consult with a doctor and perform an initial test on the basis of which your actual level of training will be defined.
Workouts should be conducted three times a week, for example, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will give your muscles an opportunity to relax at the weekend before the next step. If you are busy these days, take others, but be sure to leave a gap of at least one day between workouts.
Rest between sets should be 60 seconds, but you can make it a little more, if necessary.
