All Bihar Chess Association was registered under the Bihar Societies Act 1960. It got affiliation from ALL INDIA CHESS FEDERATION in 1969. It is authorised to conduct state and national chess championships. ABCA aims to motivate more number of players from Bihar to play chess at various levels.
