Bash Your Lord becomes more dynamic than ever!

- New reworked tutorial, to make you learn and start playing the game faster
o Levels 1-1 to 1-6 have been rewritten to be faster to play through
o New explanation slides added to the beginning and end of the tutorial levels
- Economy changes :
o Hero, Skins and Portraits cost less Gems
o No Gem reward after winning a match in Arena, Expedition and Lordcraft
o Only the last floors of Pagoda give Gems
