Bug fixes:
* Crash when assignments where done without behaviors or individuals to assign.
* Data loss if blank behaviors were added to the app
* Behaviour Tracker would ignore any request to add behavior presets when no individuals were added.
* Crash when reports were listed for free users
* Crash on creation of widget under some circumstances.
* Multiple reloading of internal xml resources unnecessarily.
* Okay and Cancel buttons not present on date and time selector.
