We have added Movement History to the move library; just tap the graph icon in the top right of the screen when on a move library entry. Even more useful, you can get there from within a program or custom workout from the same icon on the video. You can copy set values down to your current workout.

We have also added annotations to all moves in the workout plan view and the manual/custom program view.
