This App will be used by Entry Gate Checkers for verification of Tickets produced by visitors while entering the Planetariums of Lucknow, Rampur or Gorakhpur, which comes under Department of Science and Technology, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The App will scan the QR Code printed on the top of each ticket and would connect with the web server to verify it’s validity. The outcome will be immediately flashed on the mobile screen, which will be any of the following –

1. Ticket is valid, Welcome to Planetarium

2. Ticket is not valid for today

3. Ticket has been already used

4. Ticket is invalid

Based on the outcome flashed on the screen, the Gate Checker will allow/ disallow the entry to the visitor.
