Farnsworth CVD Scoring

1) The application now supports full scoring of the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue test, with an option for either a Farnsworth or Kinnear Polar Plot. The Polar Plot places 5R (cap 1) at the top, which matches the Munsell color wheel. The Polar Plot also includes the correct spacing for the 85 hues in the test.
2) Improved editing to prevent any errors in generating the results.
3) A few more example were added to the database.
