New features:
- New "Always on screen" setting (Mobile & Wear OS) to keep your screen lit during workouts. The app no longer keeps the screen on by default — enable this to turn it on.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a rare crash when opening the app while it ran in the background.
- Wear OS: the colored timer background now fills the entire round watch face.
