This app provides:
- a guided training plan to help you learn the basics of using mindfulness to cut back on alcohol
- answers to many questions about how mindfulness can help with problem drinking
- tools for tracking your daily goals and your progress over time
Mind Guide is not intended to replace face-to-face clinical care.
This app is being reviewed for safety and feasibility and is designed specifically for those already enrolled in an authorized user experience study. The app REQUIRES an invitation code to fully unlock.
