Offset Calibration, to minimize error, and global offset to a known temp

Now remembers last connected device
Auto-connects upon launch
Improved update speed
Palette tap select
Histogram of Sensor pixels
Histogram peak temp, Min and Max temp
Increased Font size for improved visibility
