Notanote源自于Not a note，从立项之处起的设计就是要成为一个「动画与谱面相交融」的表演型音游，打破「不要把音游当成画画软件」的传统想法。当然，「好玩」肯定是首要的，其次则艺术性和谱面配置本身的权重是不相上下的，甚至可能更偏向艺术性。我们正在不断的寻找艺术性与可玩性之间的平衡，努力提升谱面的质量。
