Plum pie

Plum pie is a sweet variety of pie, topped with pitted plums and cut into halves or quarters, then baked in the oven.

Add halfway through cooking a mixture of milk, beaten egg, and sugar; it is a flan called pepele in Alsatian. Maybe in Alsace.
