The established mark bindings are now propagated to the mark inventory.
Fewer conditions for tracking to be initiated.
Easy access to the results editing page.
A couple of important fixes:
The events that ended are not shown on the tracking list.
The Inventory Tab is not shown in the Tab bar until a first course is defined by a user.
Restrict race date and time to be within the dates of the parent event.
We are allowing the mark binding to persist even if the user cancels the course creation.
