  - Even though the Days of History to Display setting under the Request tab in the Service Automation dashboard settings was set to 29 days, the SC Mobile app only showed work orders created within the last two days. All work orders are now visible on the Work Orders list view screen according to your dashboard settings in Service Automation.

  - The app will no longer ask you about access to your device gallery. Instead, you will see the Allow Service Channel to take pictures and record video permission. Also, you won't see the recent photos on the pop-up while adding attachments.
