Version 2.0 released!

New Features:
- Added support for Twitter topics! Just click the twitter topic icon when creating a topic,
and enter a topic name, along with a minimum number of likes and retweets.
- Twitter topics work identically to YouTube topics, with the app sending a notification
when a new Tweet matches the contraints.
- New icon for notifications.
- Other small tweaks and bug fixes.
