It enables our team to create and manage custom training and nutrition programs to suit the needs of each client. It allows our team to instruct, guide, and coach beyond the gym, email, web messaging, or any third party messaging. Are fit pros are able to provide appropriate feedback, fitness stats, track progress, update programs and progress on the regular basis. With an activated COACHfit account all such features, resources, programs, fitness history are at the hands of each client any place in real time, 24/7. Client's can access their account through the COACHfit app or online. In one click of a button, client's can view, add onto, or update their own program, progress photos, or stats and/or request assistance, coaching, or updated programs from their trainer or coach in one place.
