Colony Square, located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, was constructed in the early 1970's as Atlanta's original mixed-use project. Today, Colony Square is a state-of-the-art, amenity filled, bustling complex offering tenants efficient office space, residential condominiums, a hotel (the W hotel)and a retail mall. The two office towers, totaling 700,000 square feet, provide tenants with a variety of options, with 14,400 square foot floor plates in the 100 Tower to 19,000 square foot floor plates in the 400 Tower.
