Crown Lockpick

Crown Lockpick is a lockpicking puzzle game built for the watch on your wrist. No phone needed, no internet, no ads. Just you, the crown, and five locks standing between you and the vault.

THE HEIST

Five locks in a row. Crack them all to breach the vault. Fail one and the alarm trips. Each lock is different and ramps up the challenge:

• PADLOCK — 3 pins. Wide tolerance. Your warm-up. 30 seconds.

• DEADBOLT — 4 pins. Decoys appear. Every unset pin pulses once as you sweep — but only the real pin keeps pulsing. 40 seconds.

• SAFE — 5 pins. Narrower set zones. Same decoy rules. 50 seconds.

• MASTER — 5 pins. Random order. After each pin sets, the next "active" pin is chosen randomly from the unset ones, and the game stops showing you which is which. Find it by feel. 55 seconds.

• VAULT — 6 pins. Random order. Tightest tolerances. One minute.

HOW IT WORKS

Turn the crown to sweep a virtual pick around a pin dial. When the pick crosses a pin's set zone, the watch fires a hot haptic pulse on your wrist. That pulse is the entire game — find that spot again, hold the crown still, and if it keeps pulsing you've got the real pin. Tap to commit. If you tap on a decoy, you lose 2 seconds.

There is no visual marker for where the set zones are. Everything about finding the pin is haptic. You play with your wrist.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT

Most watch games are phone games shrunk down. Crown Lockpick is built for the watch from scratch. The rotating crown is your input. The vibration motor is your output. You can crack a lock with the screen in your sleeve — by feel alone.

CONTROLS

• Rotate the crown to move the pick around the dial

• Tap anywhere on the screen to commit the active pin

• Tap on briefing, cracked, and busted screens to advance

TIPS

• Slow sweeps beat fast sweeps. You can't count fast pulses.

• When you feel a hot pulse, stop. Hold the crown still. Wait ~1 second. If you feel three follow-up pulses, that's the real pin. If silence, it's a decoy — keep sweeping.

• Wrong commits cost 2 seconds. Patience usually wins.

PRIVACY

Crown Lockpick is fully offline. There is no internet permission. No data ever leaves your watch.
