Crystal Aspect

Crystal Aspect helps you to visualize difficult solid-state crystal structures by using Augmented Reality to impose a 3D model over an image of its 2D counterpart. You point the in-app camera at a picture of the crystal structure you want to visualize (you can find target pictures either in the app or on the website) and a 3D model of that crystal structure will be placed on top of it. You can then manipulate that structure using touch to be able to see all angles of the structure.
