Dark cyan is a new refreshed theme with a neat dark base color with a bliss of cyan accent color.

This theme works only with CM12 Theme Engine,usable for every kind of device running CyanogenMod 12 or CM12 based ROM

You may need to reboot your phone once for all changes to take effect.
