  Sound alerts whistles are recognized by DC; with name starting with 'aa-'; and in a future version, staff will be notified by email; defined by human user (a few are hardcoded, such as aa-1, aa-1p5, aa-ww).
  
  The lexicon limit is dependent on available live memory; editable.
