  Und wir haben die App optimiert: Die Deutschlandticket App funktioniert jetzt deutlich besser bei schlechter Netzabdeckung bzw. schwacher Internetverbindung, das automatische Abmelden aus der App wurde auf ein Minimum reduziert und der Bestellprozess noch übersichtlicher gestaltet.

  In der neuen Version haben wir den Bereich „Meine Tickets“ optimiert. Du siehst nun viel schneller, ob du ein Ticket bestellt hast oder evtl. gerade nicht in der App angemeldet bist. Im Bereich „Mein Konto“ hast du jetzt alle relevanten Informationen schneller im Blick. Eswurde ein Fehler behoben, durch den bei einigen Nutzern die Bezahlmethode PayPal nicht korrekt in der App hinterlegt werden konnte. Probiere es nach dem Update einfach nochmal!

  Deutschlandticket jetzt für andere Personen kaufen! Kaufe das Deutschlandticket in der Deutschlandticket App einfach für eine andere Person. Gib den Namen und das Geburtsdatum ein und los geht’s. Das Deutschlandticket für die andere Person erscheint in deiner App unter „Meine Tickets“. Außerdem haben wir einen Fehler behoben, durch den einigen Nutzern das Handyticket ohne Internetverbindung oder im Flugmodus in der Deutschlandticket App nicht richtig angezeigt wurde. Gute Fahrt!
