- DigiLobby is a software application that provides a Visitor Management System.

- DigiLobby offers three salient features viz.,

- Paperless pass, verified visitors, and verified meetings.

- It helps you manage the entry and exit of the visitors and staff.

- It is an efficient system to maintain a record of each vehicle/assets that enters or leaves your premises.

● Verified Visitors & Verified Meetings.

- Presently, an impostor can enter a facility without much difficulty i.e by forging his identity, however with DigiLobby’s phone call verification system only verified visitors can enter the premises.

- There’s no way to know if the visitor met only the person he intended to meet or just barged in to the facility while claiming to meet someone.

- DigiLobby provides an optional feature through which the meeting can be verified by the intended person(host) by uploading a selfie that also has a location tag.

● No need of Operator , just useSelf-create feature , Save $$$

- The visitor can create a meeting by himself through a tab-based kiosk installed at the gate.

● Sends GPS Directions to visitors to facility

- If the host schedules a meeting the visitor may not be aware of the exact meeting location.

- DigiLobby provides the exact location through a GPS link via SMS.

● Block visitors .. When they don’t stick to the purpose of their visit,

- Many a times Visitors come to meet person A in Office ABC, but later take the opportunity of door knocking or gate crashing to find new opportunities, such people can be marked as intruders and such tag will be associated with their profile for every visit.

- DigiLobby helps to create a list of intruders i.e. the intended host can either deny or accept the meeting request or mark a person as Intruder, thus securing your premises.

● Improve visitor experience and safety

- Unlike in current methods where visitor has to remove his/her laptop and jot down Serial number in register , Digi-Lobby makes it possible by just clicking pictures of items checked it.

- Thus keeping tab on the material the visitor brings in such as without hassle for visitor and without errors !

- MissCall feature only for pre-created or self-create visitors, for others visitors they need call and enter 4 digit meeting code in their phone call over IVR
