DiscEyes allows Discogs users to search through one of the largest databases of recorded music in the world simply by scanning an album cover with your phone. Flip through vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, etc. with one hand and pull up information with the other. Get user ratings, marketplace prices, versioning data and more.

SCAN

• DiscEyes opens right to the camera. Scan an item and just tap on a button to search the Discogs database.

• Use the viewfinder to narrow the scan region if there is too much text.

• Turn on the flash in low-light environments and/or tap within the viewfinder to focus for improved scan quality.

• See a live preview of the recognized text.

SPEAK

• A speech-to-text feature is also available. Just tap the mic button and say your search query.

TYPE

• Just in case, you can use the old-fashioned way and type your query using your keyboard.

Note: Text recognition only supports Latin character sets at the moment.
