DIWO increases employee well-being, prevents dissatisfaction, and increases efficiency
DIWO is a management tool that collects well-being and social capital data from your team so that you as a leader can target your efforts and initiatives. The app and the data generated are collected in anonymous reports, thus supporting the manager's work with employee well-being and efficiency, and do so in an easy, easily accessible and structured way.
The app has several features:
For the manager:
Data on how your employees are doing, for example, can support ongoing conversations and MUS
Better opportunity to prioritize your time and focus on the right employees and actions, at the right time
Structured tool for working with job satisfaction, well-being and your team's social capital, so you can easily lift well-being, lower sick leave and increase efficiency.
For the employees:
Increased presence and attention from the manager - and that the challenges of well-being are taken seriously by the manager.
Opportunity to easily point out how you feel - or if you think something is not working in your team, such as distribution of tasks, collaboration or trust challenges. This way your manager can act better on it.
Increased focus on the good things in the team and in relation to the tasks, and thereby achieving a better and more positive work environment.
One question is asked in the app each week, and 5 questions once a month. The solution works as it is easy and easily accessible for everyone, and the team achieves significantly better working environment, higher well-being for everyone in the team and lower sick leave.
