When a complaint or illness occurs, DokApp can help you almost immediately:

what problem / disease it may be about or what could be causing it

whether it is advisable to consult a GP / screener

what screening is worth going through and what is the process of obtaining a referral

what medications and treatment suggestions can help alleviate or cure the given complaint

what practices can alleviate the problem or its root cause

This avoids unnecessary GP or specialist care in most cases, saving a lot of time and money and significantly shortening the healing process.

The consultation fee is FREE for the first 3 minutes (in case of a medical call) and HUF 5,000 from the 4th minute until the interruption. In case of a psychological call, the first 1 minute is free.

With DokiApp, you are guaranteed to ask a meat-and-blood specialist for advice on the severity of the problem and suggestions for solutions within 30 minutes of submitting your complaint and paying the consultation fee.

Mark your complaints in the predefined list, or use the other field to add an additional complaint

In the text detail, explain your problem in a few sentences and what medicines / medications you have treated yourself with so far.

Pay your consultation by adding your credit card (scroll down for payment details)

Wait a few minutes for our specialist to sign up for the video consultation

Following the consultation, our specialist will also provide you with a written summary of the suggestions made during the consultation, which will be notified to you by e-mail.

During the consultation:

It’s important to know that our professionals map out the possible cause of your complaints along with questions. For smooth communication, we ask you to provide honest, concise and clear answers so that we can give you the most effective advice.

Payment details:

The consultation fee (HUF 5,000) will only be LOCKED until the end of the consultation.

The blocked amount will be released if:

the consultation did not reach the 3rd minute, so it is free (in case of a medical call)

the consultation did not take place for some external technical reason

the consultation did not take place because the specialist did not report in time

the consultation did not take place because the patient withdrew the request for consultation or withdrew from the application
