hotfix: fixed ads being displayed after every game

HUGE UPDATE

- changed background music to a song made by a fellow 9gagger
- ads are now being displayed every 90 seconds instead of every 8 deaths
- removed need to be signed in to google play (no more "Could not connect to google play"!)
- added new shopsection "Others"
- added no ads version
- added some Countryballs
- added Distance Travelled to deathscreen
- lowered textsize of score ingame
- bug fixes
- lowered file size
