Dr H is an application developed to provide rehabilitation and physical therapy programs at home for patients who need rehabilitation exercises in general as well as Post-Covid patients in particular. The application allows rehabilitation doctors and physiotherapists to design home exercise programs according to each patient's physiological and pathological characteristics, providing indicators to evaluate patient's ability to recover, creating a communication channel between medical staff and patients.

Dr.H uses an accompanying app called Telerehab. The Telerehab application's database contains a wide variety of exercise exercises in the specialty of Rehabilitation in general as well as respiratory exercises specially designed for Post-Covid patients in particular.

Doctors and physiotherapists will choose appropriate exercises in the application's library to personalize the exercise, suitable for each patient's condition. Each exercise has an illustrated video with detailed instructions for each exercise performed. Medical staff can choose the number of exercises and the number of repetitions for each exercise, the time to perform the movement the patient needs to perform. The chart summarizing the results of the training days will also be provided by the application. These results will be reviewed by a medical professional to evaluate the effectiveness of exercise, the recovery process, and to design the following exercises for the patient. In addition, the application also supports live video calls between patients and medical professionals to easily exchange, give feedback and receive specific instructions about their practice. With these features, doctors and health professionals can accurately monitor patient progress and feedback, allowing them to better support patients based on real data.Using the app of Dr.Home into the remote rehabilitation program for patients, which both saves time and costs, and contributes to increasing the effectiveness of treatment for patients.
