All accounts come with access to the mobile app and cloud account to manage your goals and progress. Our mobile app delivers the convenience of having your meal plans, workouts, grocery list and more right on your smart phone. These options allows you to access to ready-to print meals designed by our team of Registered Dietitians, logging meals and exercise activity, body composition and goal tracking, and fitness assessments every month.

This mobile app syncs with you web-dashboard so you’ll see and use the same information on a web browser and on your phone. You can also connect your with wearables like Apple Watch and Fitbit to save even more time.

The Mobile App is convenient to use on the go. You will be able to easily:

• Display your meal plan

• See options to exchange foods based on your personal preferences.

• Keep track of your food, workouts, exercise journal, weight changes and goals

We use the Apple Health Kit to better track and log your daily activity. To opt in to this feature login to the mobile app, go to Setting, Optional Settings and tap on the option to Enable Apple Watch sync. Once enabled the DrJazzyFit app will automatically read your daily activity and add it to your daily log. Feature can be disabled at anytime.
