The e-PULSO application was designed by the Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was developed by the INTERACTIVE 4D company.

The e-PULSO application is part of the “PAYS CAPABLES” project, funded by the European program INTERREG ALCOTRA.

The partners of the "PAYS CAPABLES" project are, in France: PACA Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Nice Côte d'Azur University, Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis Azur, and in Italy: CCIAA de Cuneo, CCIAA RV, Ente Turismo Langhe Roero Montferrato.

ALCOTRA (Alpes Latines COopération TRAnsfrontalière) is one of the European cross-border cooperation programmes. It covers the Alpine territory between France and Italy. The general objective of the ALCOTRA program is to improve the quality of life of populations and the sustainable development of territories and cross-border economic and social systems through cooperation affecting the economy, the environment and services to citizens.
