EC:Scanner

The EC:Scanner App is the app for quick contact data collection in Büsum. As a restaurateur, retailer, event organiser, hotelier or host, you can use the EC:Scanner app free of charge to document the contact data of your guests and customers - and it's super easy and intuitive.

To use the app, register your Büsum restaurant after downloading it. After the registration you will be activated, this can take a short moment. As soon as you are activated you can start. First you should create your employees as administrator, to whom you assign a PIN to cancel the PIN lock and for identification. In the next step, you define your areas in the pub and then the average length of stay of your guests, after which the guests are automatically checked out. Once this is done, you are ready to go.

Via the scanner button you can register all guests who have a guest card, a digital or a physical CovidCard. You click on the button, select the area and start the scan. Once you have successfully scanned the QR code, you will be asked whether the guest is arriving or going. If you have checked in the arriving guest, you will see in your area overview that you have checked in the person. If your guest leaves your location, you can check them out in the same way and select going after the scan and they are already checked out.

If a guest does not have a guest card, digital or physical CovidCard, you now have 2 possibilities to register him:

1. he scans the QR code displayed on your start screen of the EC Scanner app with his smartphone and creates his CovidCard on the website displayed afterwards. Of course, you can also print out the QR code and display it at your entrance.

If your guest does not have a mobile device, you can simply enter his or her contact details into the system by clicking on the button "Contact data". In the first step, you have the option of linking the guest's contact data with their guest card, if available, or with a ready-made CovidCard. Then you enter the contact details and the person is registered.

Afterwards, the guest can use their guest card again on each visit without having to register. The guest can use the CovidCard for 24 hours without having to register again.

Now you no longer have to manage slips of paper. If the health authorities approach you, you can refer them to us and you don't have to worry about anything.

This way you are prepared for all eventualities and can easily ensure a safe stay for all your guests.

You want to lock the app so that no one can use it unnoticed? You can use the lock symbol to protect the app from unauthorised access. This also works automatically after a preset time.
