Our beginning: The mission called Ecarma was was born in a moment of despair and awakening—in a stuck elevator. Even as Prashant waited to be bailed out of his claustrophobic jail between floors, the writing was clearly on the cobwebbed wall that stared him. “There is no escaping the pains besieging my small world of 40 apartments unless I could find an expert to prevent and respond to them promptly.” When after 20 excruciating minutes in the cage, Prashant was finally pulled out, Ecarma was born…delivered as an answer to the prayers of countless residents of lesser known apartment complexes who suffer the untold pains of poor maintenance silently every day of their lives.
